Today I met a realy Broadway Star! Andrea McArdle-Broadway's original Annie came to see me and my friends in our production at Hofstra University. After the show I got to meet with her! She was really nice and knew the right spot behind my ear to scratch!

Montauk

Visited the Montauk Lighthouse at the end of Long Island. Although dogs are not allowed in the lighthouse, there are many trails and walks to go on. We hiked on the rocky ledge behind the lighthouse which gives you a nice view of the ocean and the waves below.

Happy Birthday Daisy Dukes!

This month's Pints and Paws was a double celebration! We were celebrating the Dog Days of Summer and our friend Dasy Dukes birthday! Daisy Dukes even baked us some delicious dog treats. Mmmm peanut butter and bacon - who doesn't like that?! Here are some pictures of the beautiful Daisy Dukes in her birthday outfit.

Dogust the 1st

Most if not all rescued dogs don't know when their actual birthdays are, but we still want to PARTY! So, the North Shore Animal League in Port Washington has deceided that August or "Dogust the 1st" should be the day that we all can celebrate together. Since that is the shelter I was adopted from, we stopped by the big birthday party. I also thought it would be fun to be a part of the Stephen Huneck sculpture that is on the property. So to all you rescued dogs out there HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Dogs in the Garden

You never know where you might see Man's Best Friend. These dogs are part of the formal gardens at the Nassau County Museum of Art. www.nassaumuseum.org The museum and gardens were once the estate of Childs Frick. Now that the estate is open to the public, these lovely dogs keep an eye on all who enter the formal garden.
